Refund & Cancellation Policy

SKYFI HOLDING LTD. strives to ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the custom nature of our agency services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

 

1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Notice: You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]

  • Work in Progress: In the event of cancellation, you will be billed for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

  • Deposits: Non-refundable deposits (if applicable per your contract) will not be returned. These deposits cover our initial setup, research, and resource allocation costs.

 

2. Refunds

  • Service-Based Nature: As our services involve time, expertise, and custom creation, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or has been delivered.

  • Exceptions: If SkyFi is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own fault or inability, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the uncompleted portion of the work.

  • Third-Party Costs: Payments made to third parties on your behalf (e.g., Ad Spend, Domain Registration, Hosting Fees, Software Licenses) are strictly non-refundable.

 

3. Project Pausing

If a client wishes to pause a project, they must inform us in writing. Projects paused for more than 30 days may be subject to a “restart fee” or re-estimation of costs upon resumption, as resource availability and market rates may change.

 

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably. We are dedicated to working with you to reach a satisfactory outcome.
