Delivery Policy

At SkyFi Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital and creative solutions on time. This policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our services.

 

1. Digital Delivery

Since the majority of our services (Development, Design, Marketing) are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved.

  • Method: Deliverables will be provided via email, secure cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), or directly uploaded to your server/hosting environment as agreed.

  • Timeline: Estimated delivery dates for drafts and final files are outlined in your Project Proposal or Statement of Work.

 

2. Physical Delivery (If Applicable)

For services involving physical items (e.g., Promotional Materials, Printed Goods, or BTL Activation materials):

  • Shipping: We will arrange delivery to the address specified by the Client.

  • Costs: Shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to your invoice.

  • Risk: Risk of loss passes to the Client upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

 

3. Acceptance of Deliverables

  • Review Period: Upon delivery of any milestone or final project, the Client has a standard review period (typically 3-5 business days) to inspect the work and request revisions.

  • Deemed Acceptance: If no feedback or rejection is received within the review period, the deliverable will be deemed accepted and approved.

 

4. Payments and Invoicing

    • Fees: Fees are detailed in your specific Proposal or Contract.

    • Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or project milestones.

    • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold delivery of final assets if payments are not made by the due date.

 

5. Delays

SkyFi is not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information, content, or approvals in a timely manner. If a project is delayed by the Client, timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
